Do I need to install anything?
No. Your workspace runs on our servers. You get a web address and a login, that is all.
How does the trial work?
Every new workspace starts with a 15-day trial. An invoice is issued for your plan, and once it is paid the trial restriction is lifted.
Is my data separate from other customers?
Yes. Each customer has a dedicated database created just for them.
Where can I follow my workspace and invoices?
Sign in and open My Instances to see your workspaces, subscription details and invoices.
What if I choose the wrong apps?
Nothing is committed until you confirm your workspace. You can change the selection as often as you like beforehand.
